Podcast ep 2 - Progress, presents and culottes for my grandmother
Episode 2 is upon us!
I must say that recording this episode went way smoother then the first time around, editing was mainly adding titles and bit and bobs. [it might be that it felt smoother because I had te rerecord it, the lighting in the first try was really off]
In this episode I rant about the comparison trap. Even though I love watching wrap up videos from creatives, it does make it easy to feel bad about my own productivity. However, I've stopped despairing, and am happily plodding along to the beat of my own drum and stuff.
At the end of the video is some bonus footage of the fitting session I had with my 90-year-old grandmother. She requested culottes, and of course I am happy to oblige. Even though she looks a bit morose in the clip, she was actually in a good mood, telling me about when she used to wear culottes in the 80’s, with statement shoulder blazers and the works. Really, all fashion is cyclical, isn’t it?
